Klondike Kaboom! · Last updated October 24, 2026

The short version

Klondike Kaboom! keeps your games, settings, streaks and progress on your device. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and nothing is sold or shared. This policy covers the game on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and the web.

What leaves your device

Only one thing, and only if you choose it: when you post a Blitz 3:00 score to the daily top ten, your three initials, the moves of that game and its score are sent to my server. The server replays the game to check the score, then shows your initials and score on that day's public board. No account, name, email or device identifier is sent with it.

The server's host keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for a short time to run and protect the service. They aren't used for anything else.

Game Center

If you're signed in to Game Center, the game reports the awards you earn to it as achievements. Game Center is Apple's service, covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Apple's analytics

If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give me aggregated, anonymous statistics such as downloads, sessions and crashes. You can turn this off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements › Share With App Developers.

Children

The game collects no personal information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If the game ever starts collecting anything more, this policy will be updated before that happens, and the change will be noted here.
